I had a great workout at Sweat T. The atmosphere was excellent, and the coaches were friendly and encouraging. I got some solid tips from Joff (fitness coach) on how to improve my form and mobility — I’ve been neglecting mobility and suffering as a result.I also picked up some new exercises from T, which have helped keep my workouts interesting!I love the community aspect too — it’s a great place to meet people and make friends, especially if you're new to Phnom Penh.

T and Joff are great mentors. They work with you to achieve your goals. Each of the workouts are custom for you, and the vibe of the gym is friendly, welcoming, really positive. They are knowledgable about sports therapy, functional movement, and best for strength and making friends!

Sweat T has finally opened their own gym! Hard earned reward for the dedicated and supportive coaches that invest in your fitness journey the whole 360°.Been consistently training for 4 months, and I’ve made SO much progress, physically and mentally.The biggest part that helps is the community (I do group training, although they do offer private training), so I feel fully supported every-time I go. Even with group training, you get a program personalized to your specific goals.

Not at all! Peakles caters to all skill levels, from absolute beginners to experienced players looking to refine their game. Our beginner-friendly programs ensure you start with the right fundamentals and progress at your own pace.

We conduct coaching sessions at various pickleball venues, depending on your location. Check our website or contact us for available locations.

Just bring your sports attire, comfortable shoes, and a bottle of water. If you have your own paddle, feel free to bring it! If not, we provide paddles for use during sessions, however, please let us know ahead.

Yes! We offer a range of pickleball paddles and accessories for purchase, and we also provide rental options during training sessions.

We encourage you to reach out to us so we can assign a coach to discuss your skill level, goals, and the best training option for you. You can also join one of our Open Play sessions to experience the game, meet the community, and ease into the sport in a welcoming environment.
